I love the OEM styling of my lx. I want a winch. I don't want an aftermarket bumper. I looked at a front hitch to use a hitch mounted winch, but they don't seem super safe. I also see the JDM winch bumpers for 80 series, but they don't fit. I'd love a winch and a cover and a remote that i can just use behind the oem lx bumper. I've seen some of you retrofit mounts and cut the bumper to accommodate, but I was wondering if there was something like the JDM bumper and winch kits I see for the lx specifically.

You could get a factory electric winch and cut your bumper to fit. Would be a clean oem look you are looking for.

Does the mounting plate for the LX?
It will mount to an LX450. Bolts right to the frame. I have one sitting in my garage. Can get you photos or details or sell it to you!

That would be amazing. I wonder if the jdm winch cover would fit! Would look pretty damn cool. I know the lx bumper dimensions are different.
The cover would fit with the installation of a small mounting bar/tab. I have a cover too. I can take some detailed photos for you. Send me a message.
Why not post them here so that we all can see them? That is the idea behind a forum...
If the JDM winch doesn't work out, the only other option is a aftermarket hidden winch. Below is a photo of a aftermarket winch installed behind a factory bumper. The flair lead cover that completed this install almost makes it look like this was a factory installed winch. So as you can see, there are some aftermarket options that you can use that'll make the install look like it's a factory original winch.
