Like title states. I am looking for an early 09110-35011 jack with the TEQ label and slot screws. If you have one let me know. Going in a 65' fj45

Not sure how particular you‘re thinking Dustin but I think for ’65 the slotted neck screw is perpendicular to the lift drive (variant B) according to this from wcbill. However, it’s possible that the ‘64 listed in the table (variant A) carries over into early-mid ‘65 because there are other things that do that (like the inside mirror, slanted heater vent, ...).

I‘m personally not too picky, the one I picked up for my early ‘63 is a variant C cuz’ the price was right! In any case, John‘s @pardion the man!
