Hey gang, it's been a long while since I've graced these pages, hopefully I can have a little more time for this branch of my family for a while.
So my son needs a car, NO I'm not buying him a land cruiser! The way it's Goin I may kick down an go in halvsies on a Salvation Army Schwinn! .....maybe a skateboard!
Ideally this is what we are looking for. For him a sound used car/small pick up. No suv's. Automatic around 2500 give or take. For myself I'm looking to trade my daily driver 2007 toyota tundra sr5 too much to list really.
I'm wanting an fj or a bj 40-45 in the range of 1976-1980. Obviously it can't be a diamond but I won't settle for a turd either. I keep getting mixed messages telling me what my truck is worth. Some as high as 24k some as low as 4500. I would like to see what's out there and available and if anyone know of any cruisers sitting on car lots that would be willing to work trade in on what I've mentioned.

Body off frame revival completed May 2006 which at that time frame was sandblasted/painted, undercoated, body undercoated, inside floors and underneath. New braking system installed, new clutch etc.

Besides regular maintenance, a few notables;

Transfer case full rebuild summer 2010

New 4 core rad 2011

Winch rebuilt 2012

Rear diff rebuilt 2013

Front knuckles rebuilt 2013

Full service, synthetic oil, 2 new batteries, etc. 2017

Mileage is unknown as the odometer was broken at some point in the past.

Comes with a full soft top, a bikini top, misc. parts etc.

Truck was insured for summer use only since 2006
