do you have any pics from the side that isn't at an angle? How long is the bead going to be? (How much farther past the rear shackles)

I'll try to get a better shot of it today, i did some more work on it yesterday and got it fit a little closer

Here are some pictures from today:

i'm still going to push it forward another 2.5" to 3"

i'm 6' and here's where my knees end up before moving it up a little more, this is with the front seat pushed all the way back

I haven't measured to see how much the bed will be beyond the rear shackles, I think it's going to end up a couple inches over the shackles than my old bed was. Overall the truck won't be much longer than it was before the chop

i'm going to cut that corner out for the wheel well, but i'm waiting until i get it solid in place to make sure i can center the fender and don't cut it too far forward or back

I like how it's turning out. I was thinking you would build a new cab to replace your existing one. This way is probably easier, since you don't have to mess with the dash, steering column, wiring, etc.

When it matches your original photochop, you'll be rolling one of the coolest rigs around!

It's going to get a partial exo, and then i'm going to turn the rest of the 4runner tub into a short bed to put on. My old bed is up for sale on marlin

Thanks, I'm going to either turn the end of the 4runner tub into a short bed for the back, or tube it and put on bed sides...most likely the short bed for now and see how long it lasts.

The old bed is in my parents shop where the truck is, I have it up for sale on the marlin board for $100, and the tool box that was in it for $50
