sadly I'm just feeding on the crumbs of those who can bake bread on this one . . .
In my mind the perfect scenario is useable travel without lift. So front OEM spacer, rear shock relocation, rear bump stop spacer and extended rear brake lines. Couple that with a sensor adjustment to hit close to factory ride height should give you some great and useable travel.

I don't mind a little lift to better clear my 35s

For AHC “long travel”

The NEEDS are as follows.

Front: 2in brake lines, 18-22mm of top hat spacer, sway bar end link extension or removal, modifying ahc mount and lower control arm shock bucket, Timbren bump or similar. Sensor lift

Rear: 20-40mm of spring spacer, rear lower shock mount raised/relocated, 2in brake line extension, breather extension, timbren bump stops, bump spacer 3/4inches.

This is my set up. No rubbing anywhere with full fat 35 in MTs.

Honestly, the front shocks still tap out at full droop when driving swiftly off-road.

Tundra swap and lx600 shocks would be next steps. If I can’t get what I need from there, I’ll go to a conventional shock.

The rear is magic though

What's missing? How much brake line extension is required?

With only sensor lift max on front yeah, that’s pretty much it. Dont give away the secrets all at once though sheesh.

If youre crazy like me you can always add trailing arms but thats pretty nitpicky and not really needed. Plus, black friday is not fir a while and i know youre a sucker for a good deal Haha

yeah, but maybe St. Patricks day sales will catch on.

For the front, it would be interesting to get ahold of the LC diesel spec AHC front springs. I'm assuming these are incrementally higher spring rate for the heavier diesel drivetrain. Partsouq - https://partsouq.com/en/search/all?q=48131-60E60

What is the weight difference between the two? I care more about factory weight s than I do spring rates.

Update for those that pre-ordered. I dropped the parts off at my anodizer today.

I may have to ream out the anodizing out of the main mounting hole as it is a tight fit on my stock shock mounts. Other than that everything seems like a good fit.

Can you add some more context to this? You're running out of droop still?

Yes, In high i consistently run out of droop. 3 stock arm options:
1: longer coilovers (lx600) integration.
2: put a sway bar back on and lose articulation
3: jump ship and move to an extended conventional coil over.

I’m making moves to go to a tundra swap, see what that does. I also have a lx600 frond diver shock on order to play with and look at.

Wondering if #3 would actually make any difference? You're already at the mechanical limit of the CV and arms?

The tundra swap is definitely the right move. Long arm with longer travel. Maybe 12-13"?

Beyond that, would be tricky to get even more. Monica the race car seems to harvest travel on the compression side with a large body lift, and relocated upper coil mount buckets. This would need #3. Almost 15" travel is pretty incredible.

Shiny bauble. Nicely done.

Wonder how adaptable this is to the 100-series?
