I don't want to turn enough work just to pay the property taxes on that place.
I will be coming from Roanoke, VA down route 220 South Thursday afternoon with a 5x8 trailer EMPTY. I say this in case anyone needs a MUDSHIP on my way to Logan's Run. The trailer will be mostly full on the way back though (thanks to @weejub). Hit me up on PM if I can be of service.

Thanks a ton Izzy. You read my mind. I was going to message you this morning and get your thoughts.
Some additional intelligence: The bath house has two large bathrooms. The men's has one toilette, one pisser, 2 sinks, and 3 showers (really good showers too) and I did see a power outlet for you hipsters that need to trim beards to look natural and such. The open pavilion part has a closet, and inside the closet there is more electric outlets.
The septic field is behind the pavilion, so no camping or driving on that area, could be a crappy weekend if you do.

The camping space is at least 5X group camp. Less area under trees though.
