Good movie, better ONSC event :)

If we went to the wrong Logan's Run, most of us would be forced into Carousel to be reborn later . .

Considering bringing a mtb or road bike for an early ride sat/sun. Any appetite for a ride from anybody else?

So I've finally found out that I can make it. I'll be riding with Dbenke since the 4runner needs a rear diff rebuild. I will be getting a t-shirt in xl if any are available and I'll pay for the rider registration and meal ticket since I missed the cutoff! See y'all there!

Very good.

And congrats on getting your HAM ticket. Cool vanity sign.

Looking like I'll probably be there about 1100-1200 on Friday. If y'all are already on the trails, will it be hard to find you guys and meet up? Or will folks still be mulling around and head out early afternoon? @beno , I'm coming solo, so I'll have an open seat both days if you need one.

A couple folks have brought mtb to ride. The road bike could be a challenge only because you would have to drive out to main road to get to pavement (hwy 109) or at least pavement hat would allow a loop or out and back.

We're scheduled to roll out Friday AM at 11am. We'll be able to communicate to Group Camp via HAM radio if anyone mulling around there has one. Failing that, you can build a group and meet us out there!

hmmmmm...debating weather I should put my top on or not...

Weather changes daily for Troy, could be rain on the way home

I will be there Saturday. I didn't register because I was unsure of when I could get there or if I could make it at all. Should be there mid morning to noon so I doubt I'll make it in time to hit the trails with everyone but will hangout for the day and then leave late Saturday night. I have to be at work Sunday morning.

I'm bringing the family and helping with the event otherwise I would be ready for some singlespeed punishment on the trails.

I might bring the 'ol Zaskar to tool around camp if I can find room for it in my load. Tired of walking 100 miles at this thing.

Just did a lube service on the truck this weekend and had it inspected, so I've had my radar on for any potential problems on the truck. This afternoon, playing daddy daycare, I took Abbie out to the park and started hearing what sounded like a scraping and hissing noise coming from the passenger side front wheel on the way back home. My first thought was, "Man! Not a bearing! Not now!" Then I thought about any other problems that it could be; my mind raced. Long story short, we pull into the driveway, I get Abbie out of the truck, and the noise is still going with the truck stationary and off. Then I discover it's not a bearing at all, it's my stupid CamelBak water bottle trying to depressurize.

So, I'm ready for Logan's Run.
