1.25-1.30 a Liter in Vancouver area:bang:

Abbotsford is around 107.9 to 110.9 depending on station and time. Friday I had to go to New Westminster and forgot to fill before I left. Put in 1/3 a tank at the bottom of the Alex Fraser at 121.9/L. :bang: Superstore here is usually at 107.9 plus you get 5 cents/L back in store credit, so effectively it is 102.9/L.

I paid 125.9 last week. I need to tank again tonight and will update fuel costs tomorrow morning (and that is at the lowest cost pump in my area). We've eclipsed you in terms of fuel prices in the recent couple of months in QC. I've seen 132.9 in MTL.

It is still $115.9 at the Superstore in Abbotsford. Sunday night there was a guy filling his Powerstroke and five 45 gallon barrels on the back of his truck. He is sure the price of diesel is going to go through the roof by spring. If it does, spending the money for a veggie oil system may be more appealing.

Down to 121.9 at Bélisle in Mirabel on the 15 south yesterday (they used to have the best prices around, not anymore, but their automatic pumps operate 25 hours with a pre-approved credit card), but apparently as low as 118.9 in some other places.

I'm thinking about getting a secondary fuel tank so I can really fill up and make it worth my while when I find good prices. Heck, on 200 litres it could save me $10 or even $20, and there is plenty of space under the trunk to do so. I just need to find a tank at a decent price now ;)

Yes, this option looks more and more appealing to me as well. Now that I've broken the fear of working on the injection pump, it seems like a truly workable alternative. I wouldn't mind saving $4000 a year either ;)

If you have veggie, don't be shy to mix it with your diesel, just make sure it is well filtered. 15 percent has been working fine for me in our diesels at cooler temps. I even ran handy 50/50 for a couple days when the temps were around 0 C.

Kim can you PM me on this, just have a few questions about it. Are you just filtering WVO or using new oil? Or are you making Bio? With prices going up and a house full of diesels it maybe a reality for us soon.
