I recently finished repairing the fuel tank on my Mercedes G, it had a lot of rust on the outside, as well as several leaks. I used JB Weld to patch the larger leaks, and sealed the inside with POR15 Tank Sealant. It seems like a really good product.

transmission gaskets changed
255/85/16 bf km2
1,5" wheel spasers
alloy rims
electrical wiring changes

Looks great! What suspension kit did you buy again? The back seems to flex nicely. I can't tell from your video, but how well does the front flex?

With the Old Man Emu springs that I have, the front axle flexes poorly. I am looking to change to a taller and softer front spring to improve this.

The suspension kit is "traill master +2"(50cm) but it gave me 65cm front and 75cm back .To tell you the trough it is a bit hard.

So what was the problem with the oil filter blowing apart.

Old oil stuck in oil pipes like gloe
After a good cleaning with thinner and several oil changes the problem is off

Spiros, when you replaced the gasket on your oil cooler, where there any "gotchas" involved? Any springs come flying out when you took it off? Or just simple replace gasket and bolt it back on? Thanks.

The only 2 springs is in the oil base

This is something that you have to pay attention
this 2 little steel plugs if they are corroded they mix oil and coolad
