I just pulled the 2F out of my 8/87 FJ-60 for a diesel swap. Since the boss says I can't have engine parts laying around, I need to get rid of it. The carb and A/C are spoken for, but I still have some pretty choice bits left. Starter and pumps are three or fewer years old.
Starter flawless
PS pump leaks a little, works great
smog pump a little noisy, cheap reman, works
Cali model emissions stuff (lot) whole bunch of valves and egr stuff
radiator original, works great
water pump flawless, not a drip
cat unknown, exhaust always clean
exhaust downpipe excellent, no rust-through
clutch & bellhousing clutch has about 3k miles on it
H42 high miles, leaks, flawless operation
Engine 2F complete long block

Of course I'll sell the whole package. Engine has unknown miles. It's not the original to the vehicle. 223k on vehicle odometer. I replaced the head with a MAF rebuild about 20k back. Runs strong. Burns clean. Rear main seal replaced at time of clutch replacement. leaks around oil pan and front main. Not real bad.
