That's TEQ.......TuRD is a recent thing. :D
Is that a Toyota can carrier, are there any markings on it at all, or is it US Surplus? If there's a TEQ on there, you're not leaving the country with it. ;)

Heater is pretty nifty, any marks on it to help identify?

And Archie, you've been doing pretty good for yourself for being a "new guy"! :bounce:

Thanks Jim,

Trust me this little motivation will help me achieve better results in future.

There are no markings on gas can carrier, but it came with the rig in its original OD color "same color was on my 25"

On the heater there is one similler TEQ circle but letter's are hard to read only TE is visible, I will try cleaning more and see whats there.

By the way how to post more pic's, there is lot more with me to post here, finally I started cleaning the storage. :D

Archie do you have the part # for the tail lights? Did you get them from SOR or a Toyota dealer? How many wires do they have? Plus the part # From the wipers would be nice. Thanks

John

John,

Part number for tail lights are the same what Mike has posted b4. I got them from my nearest Toyota Dealer. He had them in stock for years, but officially its discontinued item in Toyota System. He had three of them in stock so I picked all of them. one for my spare.:)

For wiper motor I have posted in part number thread.

I'm thinking with your luck........us other 25 owners may be better off with you out of the country. ;) Joking Archie - great job!

Is there an SAE number on that lens I think Mike's were SAE 67 like the front parking lens.

Haven't been to THIS forum for a bit now.

Saw Mike's new avitar, and it got me thinking.

Somewhere in the recesses of my storage, I'd seen some headlights that were even older looking than Mike's avitar.

Finally found 'em!

Mike, I've actually had these for a LONG time, as you might imagine. They came off of a 64 FJ40 that had some pretty bad rear tub rot and a missing engine that I bought back in 92 to supply a lot of the missing pieces to put my swb together. It had a whole bunch of little treasures, including that OE crank bracket that I have misplaced.

ONLY set of them I have come across.:frown:

Nice! Now all we have to do is figure out the proper spot to mount that can and carrier. :D

I wonder if the holes on the can carrier match up to the spare tire carrier, I have one body that (I thought) might have had several spares:rolleyes: ...

Look what the UPS guy dropped off today. I got them off a Ebay auction. While they are suppose to be repos they look like the other set I got from CDan. I have the other set up north but the quality seems the same. What makes these special is they come with the mounting brackets. Toyota listed the bracket as no longer availably. This are listed in the 1963 FJ25 parts book so there were an option for the FJ25s. I don't think they were ever import by Toyota for the US market. CDan had to get them out of a non-US warehouse that Toyota has on the west coast. These were listed as the only set up for auction and since no one else even bid I doubt there we be anymore imported. I did see if he would import just the brackets since a few besides myself have these fog lights without the brackets.
