I think they are split wheels, not bead locks.

@Pacer why so sure its not a ford. I think it could be based on the rear and frame.
Because the cowl and steering wheel switches look different than both my '29 and '31 Model As.

The cowl looks like it was steel wrapped around wood framing, more like Chevy of the time, but I'm out of my league here.

I agree with you about the the frame, it looks Ford'ish.
As do the peddles, shifter/hand brake configuration.

The diff is a top loader? And on wooden lift blocks 🤣

You’re right about the Chevy. It was built during the depression when the farmer couldn’t afford to keep his car and the tractor. He’d use it farming all week and still had a way to drive to church on Sunday.

Pretty resourceful fella IMO wooden spokes and all!
