Anyone know where I can get a 12v "bulb tester"? I want to personally check each light and plugging in 100s of bulbs into my cruiser is not efficient.

given the delivery stress you are under, i wouldnt worry about QA.
There will be failures of any product in a short or even a long production run.
Anyone that complains about one "bulb" that doesnt work given what you have done needs to get a reality check.
Dont test every lamp/bulb.
Ship them, deal with the faults later. You'll sleep better, and knowing that there will be faults. It's normal.
One extra thing, i have been contacted by another Oz person, who i dont know, but i have offered to cover costs for a second set of LEDs for delivery to hoser for delivery to Oz.
I know that sort of thing complicates orders and delivery, but i will fund the payment and delivery to hoser of my LEDs and someone called RussKie who is Sydney based.
I'm waiting to hear from hoser on the extra LED delivery.
I am too trusting sometimes, but we'll see i guess.

Added.
I received another 40 bulbs today. The 25 LED (door) bulbs should be here any day. As soon as I get them, Fuzz will have a package en route to his casa.
Looking forward to it. Just ordered some LEDs for the parking lights and license plate lamps, moving forward with my total LED conversion.
Now I just need to find someone with an 03-05 who'd like to swap me taillights so I can add red LED's for the rear turn signals.

Would that be the front turn signal housings? OEM ones that I took out for clear corners?

Bulbs are all in! Ready to ship.
One caveat: I had read in the FSM that the glove box bulb was the same as the doors. This is not the case. I don't even think there is a LED bulb made that would fit in the glove box socket. Here are some pics:
This means that the kit components and price need to be readjusted. I am going to start a sell thread with revised details.
