I'm running a pair of Halo angel eyes up front. They work, but the appearance isn't in keeping with the truck imo, and so I have disconnected the outer ring side lights in favour of the actual side markers on the fenders.
I prefer to run regular bulbs everywhere else because they switch on more slowly. LEDs switch on and off instantly which again isn't in keeping with the age of the truck.
Also be wary that your flashers won't work with LEDs without modification because the current draw is too small.
