T-case. I want to get the angle of the drive train as close to what it was. I forgot to measure before I pulled it out.

Splitcase freshened up and ToyBox assembled. weal-link isn't the only one with the cool sight tube. I safety wired them to make sure the slip fittings don't come loose.

I've had this Marlin Built SM420 on the shelf for a couple years. I was planning on using it in my FJ40 but using it in the Wagon will get me on the trail with the super gozlow gearing. A good friend machined the indexing ring and sleve for the bearing retainer. This 420 is an early model with the oil slinger on the input shaft so I can't use the AA unit. Extreme Bends isn't making these parts anymore due to demand either.

I ground the side of the high/low shifter rod to rotate it 90deg. This will let me run the twin sticks I mentioned earlier. DO NOT TRY THIS WITH THE CASE ASSEMBLED. You will loose the rod into the case and then have to take it apart anyway.

Let see since Jason isn't happy with my reporting, I stabbed the trans ,adjusted the clutch, cut holes in the floor for the shifters and tinkered with the twin sticks.

I don't have a whole lot of pics. The trans and transfer is in. I tinkered with the twin sticks a little and I finished the cut & turn tonight. I'm not happy with the amount of caster I ended up with but it is what it is and I'll live with it for now. I also got this cool little part from 4x innovations. Kind of spendy but I think it will hold up better than the stocker. I have a belly plate design in for fabrication. It should be a trick piece look for it later this week or early next.
