I am having a rocking problem. At speeds above 50 mph, my 2016 LC rocks sideways. It is not a vibration or a shimmy. While off-roading last summer, the vehicle would start rocking so severely that I had to come to a full stop before it would stop. It is not constant but seems to start when the vehicle hits a bump or rock. I've checked the front-end and all the steering-related parts seem to be OK. I am about to check the front shocks. I am wondering if the KDSS could be causing the problem. Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, how did you correct it?

Very difficult to check KDSS pressure, but it is a totally fluid-filled system. If the pressure was low, a leak would definitely be visible. Even then, all it would do is act like it doesn't have sway bars... it shouldn't cause any kind of feedback loop.
I have a 2.5-inch Ironman lift with 35-inch tires, which I run at 38-40psi, and 3/4-inch front spacers. I also added a bracket (DrKDSS) to adjust the rear panhard bar though the problem also occurred prior to the addition. Prior to having the problem, I had verified that the KDSS was statically operating properly. To what rear suspension links are you referring? Is there other information that I can provide that will help identifying the problem?
I'll assume that the rocking is severe and that at some point in the vehicle's life it didn't exist. Also, you didn't state whether the lift is new or has been on a while.
Generally, undamped rocking means one of two things:
1) Something's loose and allowing movement that shouldn't be. I'd very carefully assess your install of the DR KDSS Bracket and make sure everything is tight. perhaps have someone rock the truck side to side while watching for movement at both ends of the Panhard bar as well as where the bracket connects to the axle.
2) You have a shock that has gone bad and isn't providing damping, most likely in the rear. Check for leaks in both rear shocks, also bounce each corner of the truck and it should come to rest in just a few oscilations.
I focus on the rear mainly because it sounds like you're getting a side to side motion, and IFS doesn't really have a failure mode that amplifies side to side motion, there's just not really anywhere for side to side motion to come from.
Even with no KDSS and no Swaybars of any kind, you should not be getting suspension movement that continues cycling uncontrollably.
My guess is that you need to replace your shocks. If you are offroading and need to come to a stop to have the vehicle settle, that most likely is an under-damped suspension. Either bad shock or the shocks that are installed are not up to the task (assuming everything is fastened correctly).
