late power antenna in early (94) FZJ80?

I know the power antennas are different because the repairs of broken cables are different. But will the later style (95-97)bolt in to the earlier (94)trucks?

Any issues with swapping them around?

Yes, it'll fit. As a matter of fact, I need to do this for my '94. The only difference I'm aware of is the drive system; smooth band (older) versus toothed band (newer). If the connectors are different, I haven't noted it. I'll look later today and let you know, unless someone beats me to it.

The later 80 model antennas were also used in the 100s, but I don't have a part number.
