Dealt with them before and hate to be the negative nancy but just because it states that it is "in stock" online does not mean it is. Have tried to order things from them in the past the Onur said were NLA and the site said were in stock, only to get an email after placing the order saying "we apologize for the inconvenience but the part you are trying to order is no longer available."

Not negative nancy - good info to know.
I have had great luck with these guys below having what they say is in stock - in stock.

Good to know... do they support the Mud forum? There are a few members here that give MUD Members 25% off, or guys like Onur (@beno) that have a small business that runs these parts.

Don't know if they support the Mud forum. I have seen Onur (@beno) come up on here a bunch - good to know about the small biz aspects. Always happy to give my $ to them first.

Years ago I placed a big order from TPO and they messed up part of the order and I didn't get my parts until 6 weeks later. Then when I discovered the wrong parts, I had to ship them all the way back to FL (I'm in CA) and that took another 3 week turnaround.
Their website parts availability status is not current, so it's worthless. The guy that takes the orders knows zero about our Land Cruisers. Zero.

If I lived in Florida, I might try them again, but they're too far from me and they blew it on my last order so I don't use them any longer. I had a bad experience. I'm sure other people have had better ones.

I've purchased from them in the past, and was very happy with the service. I ordered by phone, because I wanted confirmation of availability and price, and the representative was very helpful and professional. As a matter of fact, when I told him that I was ordering from him because Olathe advertised parts that I was unable to get locally, he was surprised. He told me he was using the Toyota dealer network and my two local dealers couldn't find the parts I wanted. So either Olathe Toyota has better dealer network access, or they just train their people better. Either way, my order total was less, shipped, than it would have been if I'd bought the parts locally. (the dealers found the prices, even though they couldn't locate the parts)
