Greetings all.
The glow plug light on the dash doesnt turn off (KZN 130 1995)
I have replaced the glow plug timer and when checking with a multimeter, there is no voltage across the glow plugs... but the light stays on.
Any advice on how to troubleshoot where the problem is?
cheers.

The indicator is a ground switch type. So any short along the wire from the computer to the gauge cluster will keep the light on. Unplug the glow controller and see if the light goes out. That'll tell you right away if it's a faulty glow timer or faulty wiring in the cluster.

Maybe this will help you too. I made it a while ago after realizing no one bothered to document our timer boxes.

Thank you sir.
So if i unplug the timer and the light STAYS ON I can attribute that to a fault in the cluster?
I'll give it a go.
