Does anyone know of a way to find Toyota material specs for parts?

@OGBeno @cruiserdan

Also the preheat process may necessitate new bushings.. I know from experience the rear arm ones aren’t cheap. Still haven’t changed them..

Proprietary information as far as I know. I never saw any publications with that information.

Yes, I think you have potentially spotted the biggest issue with this. I suspect you can't buy the bushing from Toyota separately. I think there is only one:

If it doesn't press out easy, in a way that allows it to be put back after the mod, it will be a problem. I don't think (not 100% sure) that the preheat is absolutely necessary. I just know it would make laying on the weld easier. Even then though, you would have to be careful and take a long time laying in the weld so as not to melt the bushing.

Correct. Not serviced.

You need an account.

At least in the past they didn’t want the fact that their diagrams were still accessible posted online.. not sure if that has changed.

Was unaware of Febest. Learning lot on this thread! Looks like they have rear LCA bushings too:

I don’t have KDSS and they all seem to be sold for KDSS only. I don’t have a problem with the fronts but I prefer to get head of the game. Maybe it’s only KDSS that need them?
It moves the original sway bar mounting point forward for more clearance....Clarence

I am also running 295/70/18 tires and it's hitting the KDSS sway bar right at the curved section. I have been contemplating doing the relocation plate but I am also aware of the potential end link bushing issues that come with it. Unfortunately, I also tore the boot on the passenger side end link today. So I need to replace that end link. From what I understand, replacing the end links is a bit of a pain because of the KDSS pressure so trying to figure what would be the best solution to replace my end links and move the sway bar out of the way. Someone on the other thread had shared a link to Jomax adjustable end links that are currently out of stock. Are there any other solutions out there? I'd rather do it once and do it right.

Discovered something interesting that I hadn't considered... Slee KDSS relocation bracket and Slee skids are *NOT* compatible without some modification. Everything works after some cutting but definitely not the quick bolt on solution I was thinking it would be. End links are currently in factory location, but I'll continue to monitor and adjust setup if needed.
