Heritage Edition cup holder with the cargo bay cover interference. Could you remove that cup holder and replace with a base cup holder? Looks like the hole for the bolt will be exposed and no hacking that hump.
Looks to be $100 cheaper to hack

I have to say though, it’s nice to see them be proactive and reach out to customers, most of whom will never have an issue, and provide solutions. It’s much better than the strategy of waiting till somebody complains enough before agreeing to do something.
Totally agree. Makes me glad that I gave them my business on a few purchases.
Yeah, there's one 10mm bolt near the front of the large panel (just behind the 2nd row seats), just like they use for the smaller free version of the panel and then 2 self tapping screws that just go into the plastic panel in the rear. This alone is probably going to sway me to go with the smaller free option. It's a bit of a tough decision though as the discount they're offering on the large panel is pretty significant.

They have a separate video that shows how to install the larger panel on the new page for that panel:

Not sure how easy it would be to put up my Solarscreens on those windows with the Large Molle panels. Think I will go with the small version. Again, awesome service!

Have any of you experienced the lower weld failure they are describing that results in noise?
I ordered the free small supports and appreciate their service on the product...

No, but my LC hasn't seen anything much rougher than typical bad New England roads so far :(.

Looks like about $45 a piece.

I'd probably just cut the piece off though, rather than spend $100 for a piece of plastic that will will be covered up by the panel anyways

I have a slightly different question:

I also ordered the smaller side supports, and do not have the Heritage Edition with the "bump" to cause interference, so I'm good to go with just drilling an access hole in the plastic to allow access to the M10 anchor point.

However, thinking about possible removal/replacement of the storage rack and supports in the future, would it be possible to install the Heritage Edition cup holders with the cargo cover "bump" into my 2013 LC200? This would hide the access hole nicely and look stock.

So... can anyone help with the part numbers for the cup holder w/cargo cover "bump" that could replace the stock cup holders without the bump?

Thanks for any help.

Looks like you need these parts:

62517-60010 Base, Quarter Trim, Front RH
62518-60010 BASE, QUARTER TRIM, FRONT LH

90168 - 50023 Screw

64934-60010 (C0/E1/A2) BRACKET, TONNEAU COVER HOLDER, LH
64933-60010 (C0/E1/A2) BRACKET, TONNEAU COVER HOLDER, RH

The two cupholder replacement parts are about $50 each in US, but Partsouq has a few and they are <$25 each. The base pieces are about $5 each.

Here are the Partsouq diagrams:

I have gone with the full panels. They sent me the invoice and I paid it this morning.

I also went with the full panels...their upgrade offering price was a no brainer.
I wonder if it fits my LX just like LC.
It will fit. Also ordering the large panels.

That's very helpful - thank you very much :) 👍

I’m doing full panels. I inquired about a solution for the HE, it appears they don’t get that model down there so that would be a ‘no’.

I think we all realize they don't get the HE, specifically, in AU. However, my understanding is that they do get a version with 2 row seating, which one would reasonably assume would have the same panels the HE does as it seems odd that Toyota would do a custom panel for such small numbers. The option of swapping out the cupholder section of the quarter panels is a solution that should work, so at a cost of about $100, that's probably what I'll do.

I submitted for full panels. Seems like a very fair deal and down the road the added storage and customization of the full panel will best suit my needs. Does anyone know how long after submitting the complaint you receive the ability to actually place the order? Assume they are just verifying you shelf order and then approving the panel order?

I submitted mine on Monday morning and received the invoice Tuesday morning. I paid it on Tuesday and received a shipping notice this Wednesday morning.

What's the shipping? Current conversion has the panels at $104.12

Not sure I want to block the view in the passenger rear window with a full panel. One of each would be ideal. With the smaller version, I could tuck stuff between it and the window. Hmmm...

My shipping was about $ 66.34 US. The total was about $170 US. I know the shipping is a lot but I have always been amazed at how fast it is. The best deal is the small ones it looks like. With my fridge and such I don't have much visibility out the back anymore, so big or small makes no difference to me.

They ship faster internationally than 95% of domestic companies. It's worth every penny and the conversion is in your favor.

I ordered the smaller version and the shipping was free - shipped yesterday with Auspost International Express, no estimated delivery date yet...

Since I really have no need for the large panels, I decided to go with the small panels, but it looks like the rest of you guys who went with that option depleted their stock :). I received an email from them yesterday afternoon letting me know that they need to build another batch and it will be 2-3 weeks. No big deal for me as the need isn't urgent. Their communication is excellent - I sent them a minor fix on my shipping address (they had my street address listed twice) and received a response with an updated order confirmation about 5 minutes later.

I also ordered the replacement plastic parts to switch from the humps for the cargo cover to the dual cupholders from TRD Shop. Hopefully those can be swapped without having to pull the lower quarter panels off.
