Another side not of this is you keep your hands cleaner not having to grab/ remove the drain plug 😅

It helps even more if you don't fumble it and have to fish it out of the drain pan. Not that I've ever done that. Definitely not.

If aluminum drops a little more, I'll get after some.
As much as raising prices sucks, you might consider offering the product at a higher price.

I understand as a business owner you may not want to outlay the capital for the item because it might not sell at an increased price, but perhaps if you considered a group buy at an increased price, you might find that your capital outlay is offset and you make your sales.

FJB.

I'll consider it... I've done that in the past.
In lieu of a group buy, you might also consider pre orders.

Name your price, take pre orders over the course of a month, if you get enough pre orders to justify your order of materials or whatever, pull the trigger.

Otherwise refund the money. You could even include a few dollars in the pre order price that you say are non refundable to cover the cost of transaction fees for the refund.

Just a few ideas.

Deals done this way are a lot of work for the vendor and in many cases yield less than stellar results, present company excepted.

Is it gofundme that arranges these types of things? Like a company offers an idea, people buy in, and if the dollar amount gets to the right place, the deal goes forward and gofundme takes their percentage? I wonder if there are competing services to go fund me for small businesses? If not there probably should be…sort of a crowdfunded venture capital middle man/escrow holder.

You could always fake it if in a big hurry by inserting the plastic drain piece that comes with the filter into an empty 2 liter bottle and call it good.

I agree with this... I also have been checking every month for a restock..

got mine almost 2 years ago when I first got my 200. Awesome product if you do your own oil changes!

Also waiting to purchase and willing to pre-order and pre-pay.

Me too.😁

+1 on the prepay

I'm in for prepay!
