Wondering if I did this correctly...images are huge. Do most people upload direct to site or host elsewhere and link?

Looks right to me. Yes, images posted here are big. I usually upload to dropbox from my phone and download the image from said dropbox account.

We found this leftover 2017, new, earlier this year. Love the truck!

Couple photos from Big Bend National Park trip this past week.

Driving impressions/issues/questions:

a) This vehicle is great on the interstate. My first time using radar cruise control; really handy.
b) I wish it had heads-up display.
c) These Dunlops are HORRIBLE in rain. Definitely felt some mild hydroplaning on brand new treads. I'm tempted to upgrade tires almost immediately, but now I've already put over 1,000 miles on these. If I recall, my old AT20's lasted only about 20k miles.
d) The auto brights are also a really neat feature. Great when you're out in dark country.
e) Love having a rear tailgate; was perfect for staging before the hike and for sitting on and enjoying a beer afterwards.
f) What are the "cardholders" in the driver visor and to the left of the steering wheel? I don't understand these. What cards go there?
g) Used the coolbox a few times for keeping six packs cold. Neat feature when you actually need it. Can see wisdom in buying a console insert, though.
h) We took it on a dirt road with some mild terrain on it. Fabulous ride in 4HI. I tried to take it over to 4LO just to see what it was like, and it kept beeping at me over and over and over. I guess I need to look at the manual again to understand why. Do the different terrain settings matter in 4HI or only in LO? If I recall from the manual, I thought these were only in LO.
i) I was incredibly comfortable after 7-8 hours of driving; not sore or tight. I guess these are fairly comfortable seats.
j) Is there a designated spot for the key fob when you're driving? My BMW had a spot in the cupholder that was made for the fob. My buddy's Audi has a spot in the dash. I find myself always hunting for a good spot to put it. I think I've settled on putting it in the upper part of the console, but curious if I'm missing something.
k) Bummer of the trip was I got a rock chip in my windshield. Really had hoped to put more mileage on this thing before it had its first imperfection. I'll have to check with the dealer to see if that's somehow covered with all the protection I got with the platinum warranty/maintenance.

I use it for my parking card for my work underground parking garage (the slot in the driver visor). Very handy.

You need to be stopped and in neutral to shift to 4L.
I think the "terrain" settings are just ATRAC adjustment for more or less slippage allowed. Or - a speed selector in Crawl.

Only ~10k miles on mine, LOVE this thing.
I have no idea how does one move on though, lol. Like going from LC200 to anything else? no way.

Ah, OK. I think I was in Park when I switched over, so that's probably why it didn't like it.

It's a great car. I think my wife already wants one, too.

I think of it as a vestigial card holder from a time long long ago before HomeLink, Bluetooth, and WiFi. I keep an old Starbucks card in there to remind me of a simpler time before apps... At least they didn’t include a cassette player in the otherwise nearly obsolete technology integrated into the head unit...

Yup, me too. I use it for my parking card for the garage at work. I use the one to the left of the steering wheel.

Stock...the visor spot holds a little “warnings” card...or some such thing. Personally, my visors are now covered by far more functional covers from Blue Ridge Overland, which could hold cards and more if so inclined.

Agree on the ancient head unit’s music media. That’s why I literally never miss the covered portion due to my iPad. CD’s are simply not worth carrying when I can access thousands on my phone or iPad...

I also found a new use for the wireless charger slot, the one under the DVD controllers:

Turns out it holds a P365 like it's not even there, lol.
Or so I'm told (posting for a friend).

Good to see you're out enjoying it already! I highly recommend ditching the Dunlops asap. Tires are the only thing connecting your $80k rig to the pavement, so it's not worth penny pinching here. TONS of info on what tires to go with if you do a quick search here. A member here hydroplaned his LX on these junk tires and had a crash that cost around ~$20k to repair. It's shameful Toyota sells this truck with these tires on it, but most people are going to change them either way.

To put in 4 low, foot on brake, truck in neutral with the engine on, and you should hear it click in pretty quick. If you don't ease your foot off the brake and let the truck roll ever so slightly. You cannot shift into 4 low on the fly and should be stopped completely when you turn the dial. The truck will beep loudly if you move the dial without actually following all the steps, so I'm guessing that's what you heard.

Very true. Almost too much...
I've read through most tire/wheel threads over the weekend and still not sure which way to go... or which is the largest KO2 tire that fits w/o any other mods, I would like to keep my 18" OEM rims at least for now and do not want to be messing with the TPMS (which works great!).

Consensus seems to be 275/70r18 or 285/65r18. I'll probably go with the latter. It's tall enough.
