Okay. To begin, there was not an awful lot of planning that went into this truck. It was time for me to move on my 2017 200 series so I ordered a truck from @Eric Sarjeant. I originally ordered a white one but then thought maybe I want a black one. I knew I wanted to lift the truck and I liked the BP-51’s that were on my 2017. I then decided I wanted to install an ARB front bumper and maybe some Slee sliders (primarily because I just like the look of Slee). Sometime august I decided I wanted to order an LRA tank because the mileage on my 2017 really sucked. I opted to get the 24 because I thought - well 12.5 doesn’t sound like a lot. Due to the 24 gallon tank eliminating the spare tire, I needed somewhere to install it so I also ordered a Kaymar rear bumper (because I was on the phone with @wardharris). That’s literally the amount of thought that got me to the rear bumper. I do like Kaymar because I own two other bumpers and they are great. Are they better than Slee, TT etc? I honestly don’t know. I’m probably going to put a couple of Pelican cases carrying some fly fishing equipment on the rear bumper. It should be able to handle that.....
LRA + Kaymar + Pelican = the Trifecta! Brought to you by @divemedic :)

Not dissimilar to my situation. Want the 24 gallon LRA so need to relocate spare. Looking for improved departure angle and some protection so weighing the available aftermarket options. Thanks. Thread hijack over.

I really like the fit and finish of the Kaymar. It’s just a clean looking bumper that works well with the 200. I kinda feel like the 200 series is the wrong vehicle to obsess about approach and departure angles.

No obsessing here. All the aftermarket options improve angle, at least a little. If I’m hanging new steel off the back it would be nice if it held up when it inevitably drags. The Kaymar wings look a little thin, but I agree, the fit, finish and cleanliness works on the 200. Same reason I like the Rhino 4x4 front the most on a 200...curves. Truck is looking great by the way

I can’t speak to the 200’s application, but I have little concern for the wings contacting the body on my 77. I can’t imagine Kaymar would have significantly different engineering differences.

Tight lines!

Thank you! I did not mean to imply your were obsessing - just saying that I didn’t give that much thought other than I like the looks of the bumper and it will fit my purpose just fine. Some extra fly reels and some leader material won’t stress this bumper too much.

@Eric Sarjeant, where are you getting the ARB recovery points? They seem hard to find!

Thanks! Fishing a little east of Coyhaique. Maybe 90 miles north’ish of Balmaceda. Love it down there - just wish I was staying longer.

if you need to let me know. I wouldn’t kick that 200 out of my garage and the hoa can kick rocks while my 100 is in the driveway.
