Oh hey, mine is inside the battery box too, the PO must have done it. If there’s anything to be gained from pictures I can take a few if someone needs them

I have a 94 fjz80 and would like a relocation kit as well. Planning on a new bumper without the low hangerA quick update:
Steve and Kevin are sending me the line sets for the early and late set-ups. Once I have them both, I'll send them, along with a drier, to the fabricator. Once he's had a chance to get me pricing and time-line information, I'll post that in this thread. In the meanwhile, if you're interested, post up on this thread if you haven't already, so I can get an idea of how many of the 25 are spoken for.
Thanks all,
Rex

Plenty of time to get on the list if you're interested.
There are no pre-made kits available currently. The two reasonable choices are to find the lines off of a '91-early '93 that was R12 and splice the later R134 ends onto those lines or have an A/C shop re-locate the drier by either using flexible hose or bending new lines to fit.Redclayrob

Just hit the 80’s here today. The first bout of heat always gets me. Now to get my 80 back on the road. I get motivated when I work on other people’s Cruisers. Thanks, it worked out well. That's a nice looking kit!

Is this for a R134 system?
I have a 1994 fj80 and it has the low hanger. It also has r134 sticker on the radiator support. Not sure why it wasnt in the battery boc already. I have the pump and gauges to do this myself. Can i just get a dryer and order lines that will fit since im already 134?Yes!

Hi there, I have a limited number of Relocation Kits. I have followed this for a long time. Here is what comes with the Kit. New Drier W/Sight Glass, Switch, Lines, Fittings , Brackets and Clamps. working on Instructions. Initially there are 15 kits. Looking to ship in 14 days or less. I can produce these for $260 Shipped. No room on the price as I have already negotiated the best deal on my end. Hope you guys can use these. Looks like they are both 6 13/16 so between the Battery and the Core support is the same. Length should be ok as well with the Rubber Line as the Group 31 shows 13". Might have to move it a bit and see what works.will this kit allow group 31 battery fitment with the rubber lines?
Nobody better than Dave! @Japan4X4I hear that he's headed stateside. You could try Dave (Japan4x4) for JDM parts.
All good questions. I get my part numbers from megazip.net. Enter your frame number and presto! If you want to see what it looks like plug the number into partsouq.com they usually will have a photo. Is it japan4x4.com? Any part #'s to search by?
