When you get this figured out, I'm in for a kit. Either this one, or a genuine one, whichever is easier to get my grubby paws on.

X2 I'm in as well

If for some reason Steven can't get the lines to you let me know and I will send out mine.

kbahus, Steve has graciously offered up his line set for a '91, but I still need a later '94-'97 set. If you have those to offer up, I'd be most grateful.

Let me know and thanks,
Rex

Hey Rex,

I've got a wrecked 1996 that I'd be happy to pull any and all lines off for you. I'm not certain when I'll have the time to do it however...PM or email me if you'd like mine...they might be a little bent if you need some near the condenser...truck done flipped over.

I'd for sure be interested too...price dependent of course.

Jason

Thank everyone for jumping in on this....

X3 on wait for a kit $

A quick update:

Steve and Kevin are sending me the line sets for the early and late set-ups. Once I have them both, I'll send them, along with a drier, to the fabricator. Once he's had a chance to get me pricing and time-line information, I'll post that in this thread. In the meanwhile, if you're interested, post up on this thread if you haven't already, so I can get an idea of how many of the 25 are spoken for.

Thanks all,
Rex

Count me in.

Rex,

Are you planning to use the 97 drier in the fab of the "Kit". I have to check if it will fit. This way we can reuse at much stock parts??

Thanks again
Stu

Hi Stu,
My plan is to use the 1" shorter drier that uses the same bolt pattern for the hoses as the stock drier. FWIW, it measures right at 7.25" long and 2.4" diameter.
Thanks,
Rex

Excellent, that why I leave these things in the hands of experts.

I'm interested. Is there a rough guess on price? Will this be a complete bolt on kit or will the dryer need to be sourced seperate?

My plan, and I'm open to feedback, would be to sell the lines and drier as a kit. Frankly, the drier (Denso brand) only adds $21 to the price, so it seems like cheap insurance. I won't have an idea on price until I get the hoses and forward them to the fabricator, my hope is less than a month.

Thanks for the questions,
Rex
