OK, got another complete clean JDM 80 overhead console set up.
Grey, out of Feb 92 HDJ81, carefully removed and includes all the misc hardware, wire harness with plugs and pigtails, non magnetic compass mount etc $300 USD shipped in the Lower 48.

Also, If anyone has had the misfortune of buying a "complete" set up only to find the non magnetic sensor bracket missing....I have a spare available for $30

I am interested if you can get me a complete tan with sun visors

I may consider grey also but can you confirm you have tan ?

Don't have any Tan units. 9 out of ten of these JDM HDJ81s have grey interior.
Tough to say when/if I'll get another tan interior unit.
There is a sub tank thread on here somewhere that discusses the process and paint to color match it to tan interior.

Not that I recall other then it's a pita to drop the headliner to properly install

Headliner is a pain if you have 91-94 80 series, 95-97 are pretty straight forward.

Do you run across the horizontal 95-97 all-red hazard switches often? I have been looking for one for over two years now and can't find them anywhere. Might you have some? Or one that's not spoken for at least?

Aren't all the hazard switches horizontal 90-97?

and won’t see another set up until I get ahold of another HDJ81 to part out. And they have been getting harder to find the last few years, at least at prices that one can part em out at.
