Colder than I've ever seen here, it is going to be minus 30 here with wind chill. I'm already missing Arizona and señor Taco with all my friends.

Anyone have a GPX file of this trail run or at least LAT LONG on where the entrance to the trail is? Is it easy to find off of 87? From trying to look at topo maps in GAIA it appears that there is one way in and out but I hope someone here can provide additional details.

I didn't go on the January trip but came down the back road July 19th / 20th.
It has some seriously scary narrow washouts on the way but is really scenic.
I came out around here:

Google does not show the road connecting to 87, but look at sat view or street view and you can see the pullout area where the CSC crew aired down.
You may only be able to get to the turnoff from the northbound lanes . . . when you see this sign this is the turn
