This may seem like a stupid question...but exactly who is Johnny rollover? Seems kinda vague.

Coming along nicely Albert Looking forward to seeing it person :)

Albert you still want that 4runner top?

Josh, yes Just haven't been on that end in a while. Are you heading towards Lafayette any time soon? If not give me two weeks and I'll be off call. Thanks
Is the 4Runner still doing good? It's time to hit the trails before we are smothering with summer heat,

I don't have a trailer I can cruise around Lafayette with anymore. Will just wait till you can come but need to finish getting things out of the barn at my grandparents.

Hurricane was not as bad as we thought which allowed a free day to do a little work. Local muffler shop had quoted me $165 just to replace a busted muffler tail pipe would be extra  Nah that was not going to happen. Was able to get a muffler and tail pipe form John (4Runner lost the tail pipe after the new suspension and I had not replaced it yet) Was time to build a new tail pipe. Cut and pieced this together with a harbor Freight 110 volt welding machine. All in all a good day cutting and grinding :D

Looks good Albert, how'd the HF welder work out?

How will you know the engine is running now without a busted muffler?:poof:

Looks like a fun little project to pass the time.

I heard the mad scientist was going to be doing some work, you need some help with something? Look forward to catching up with you soon

X2, lets see whats going on?

Uh I’ve hooked up the battery charger to the 4Runner. Does that count ? I go off call Monday morning so that is when the mad push to finish the 4Runner will start.

What is there to finish?

I know how you feel. I'm dealing with stuff that I've never seen before. Such as how to sweat a copper pipe into an iron block :hhmm:

This is how the 4Runner had been looking for the last year.

Spent some time and finally got the new brackets to reinforce the front bumper put on,Daves anti vib front shackles (to cure death wobble and they WORK) put on the budbuiilt skid plate for the transmission/transfer case and sliders installed. Marlin Crawlers 5.29 diffs with lockers, 30 spline Longfields. Oh and a new quiter square front drive shaft :D This is my second attempt at painting a vehicle and 1st time applying graphics. I can't blame a shop because I'm the guy that did all the work. Like everything on the Toyota it;s been a learning experience for me. Anyway this is what is looks like now.
