3rd ORDER READY FOR FRIDAY 17

We are picking up the Racks @ INTI on Friday 17, during the weekend they are going to make the packaging and by Tuesday 21 we should be delivering. So maybe the will be a Christmas gift.

Please the persons involved in this Order make the last deposit to be able to deliver them.

Has anyone in the third order received their rack yet? I figure with the holiday probably not. I have been tracking my rack and it is still in "clearance delay" at the airport in Venezuela. Have any racks gotten through customs yet?

I don't know what is going on with this delivery, I spoke yesterday with the DHL Customer Service girl that takes care of our deliveries. She said that it should be moving by today, but I see the same info!!! I will try to contact DHL tomorrow Dec 31 to find more info about the delivery situation.

Even though is not in our hands, I apologize for this inconvinient.

3rd order delay info

Hi to All:

My cousin went to DHL Venezuela to see what was going on and they told him that the delay was in Maiquetia (this is the international Airport and the real reason of the delay is that EXCELLENT GOVERNMENT of VENEZUELA didn't work during last week on narcotics and customs. I'm not proud of this situacion going on with the authorities in my country.

But they told us that the racks should be released by today or tomorrow. I will keep you updated and hope that there is no more delay.

Thanks for the update. I checked and mine is still in clearance delay tonight. Maybe with luck it will be on the move tomorrow.

Racks on their way!!!

Hi to All:

Thanks god at last the racks are on their way. The venezuelan Government have made some changes in the Export process (reason of the delay).

Friday night we went to customs and they told us to open the packages. Fortunately they just opened one and the others were laser scanned ( no need to open them).

I just checked and the racks are traveling to their destination. I would appreciate if you let me know when you get your rack.

The rack showed up today----Hooray!!! Amazing how fast it got here once it left Venezuela.
Are there assembly instructions and a list of parts in the box? DHL manage to pull the entire end of the box off and I want to make sure everything is there.

Thanks again Juan!!! I came home to a great big box on the front porch.... Can't open it up yet but the exterior appears to be in great shape..... Amazing how fast if got here once customs cleared.....
