I ordered on from Pyrax, Sorry not sure how to spell his handle, but the guy in FlA, for my Fj60. I can't wait to get it. Once I have it installed I'll post pics

Away on a short hop. Wife told me a huge box came in. Will be back conus mid Feb. Can't wait to dive into the crate and get this thing mounted.

Within the past 5 months I dumped a metric &$@! Ton of cash into my cruiser, and the rack will be the proverbial cheery on top.

Mods:
ARB FB
Dual swing RB
ARB side rails and bars
ARB snorkle
Grill mod
Front suspension
Full paint with rhino lining hood and roof
Hid's in headlights, and Hellas on FB
Warne
And....finally the INTI ! Will be installing a rigid industries 30" light bar, and 4 dually's in the front and off to the side.

I hate bad guys... They always keep me from being home to finish my cruiser!

So how do you secure the rivets supplied with this rack? Do I need a special tool? Thanks, Vince

RIVET GUN

Vince: You need a Rivet Gun, you could find one at Home Depot. It is not expensive.

Thanks guys......Vince

Has anyone mounted a RTT on one of these 3/4 length racks?

Do you have to remove all the side rails to mount one? If anyone has a pic of either a RTT mounted on this size INTI or a pic of the rack mounted without the side rails and light bar/guard that would be awesome.

Check out this link. They have pics of early and later models of Mombassa rrt. https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/456578-inti-rack-rrt.html

I wasn't paying attention to the fact that the inti was a 3/4 rack. My early tent will hang off the back by at least 6". I may build a hinged extension if I think I need it. I will probably cut the side bar off just like the unit in the link.

rtt

I shouldn't say this, but you don't need a roof rack to attach a RTT. You can use brackets and save A LOT OF MONEY. You can only buy the Rack for the gary cans and the light bar. Or just the brackets for the tent.

brackets

If you need the brackets let me know.

Whats the odds of any more of these rack being imported?

Now that I have a 80 Im in the market for one. What are these going for and I also want to mount a rtt to it along with an awning for at the beach.

Racks import

The procedure is simple 50% to order and 50% to deliver. The difficult part is that Venezuela is having problems with the materials (iron and aluminum). Because of this issue I can not assure when the racks will be ready. INTI is going to tell me tomorrow when the materials will be in their show to manufacture.

We should make a list of people willing to get one to know how many racks and therefore material is needed to make them. To get in the list and reserve a spot you should make a deposit of at least 25% of the total.

who is in?

What is the going rate on one of these imported into the US? Any idea what it would cost to ship one from FL to ID 83814?

Racks materials

HI:

Venezuela is having problem with the rack materials (aluminun) and INTI just got enough material for 20 racks. They want to know how many racks we are going to order in the next 2 months. Let me kno who is in to put it on the list?

Nothing you can't resolve with a good Stereo System!!!!

April 18 2011 next order

Hi to All:

Inti is having problems with the aluminum in Venezuela (not easy to find). They are asking us to let them know in advance how many racks we will need, for them to move their as... to find the materials asap.

This next Order will be of 8 racks (Serie 80 and 60), to assure the manufacture timing, we need to know in advance the amount of racks we will need; but we need your commitment with a deposit of at least $ 150.00 to reserve your spot.

Please let me know who is in?

Thanks in advance
