Interior Fuse Box Location for 99-02 LX470/100 Series?

Been looking to diagnose some fuses on my '02 LX470. Do 99-02 LX's have a fuse box on the Passenger-side kick panel? Or are those only on 03-07 LX's? Everywhere I have read, the heated seat fuse is #61, located on the passenger side kick panel fuse box (or is it near the air filter behind the glove box??). However, I thought only 03-07 LX's had a fuse box on the passenger side. I know the location of the fuse box on the Driver's side, except the fuse # ends at 53.... Any help clearing this up would be much appreciated.

Nah, sorry. That's just a link to the full FSM online, with better year-specific information. I don't actually know anything about the early models except what's in common with the later ones.

But if it's there, then yes. On mine it's basically a mirror. Only a few clips to pop that side loose and check.
