Isn't there a decal Toyota started installing on the door with a caution for this? Someone should post up that part number so people can install it on their rig.

Mine had that decal on the access door and the shop monkey still broke the air dam hinge. Just because that decal is there, do not assume the shop monkeys can read.

I also now lock the glove box and take the key with me.

People with that sticker have still had their recirc doors broken.

The only way to make sure it doesn’t get nuked is to restrict access.
