no wind noise at all. The passenger side has a few mm of space but the driver side touches the fender. I took a water hose oring and cut it up and slid it between the mount and the fender on the driver side. You also have to be careful the mount doesn't grind into your windshield! I kinda chipped the bottom of the windshield when I was trying to bend the mount. Should be fine.

Would it be realistic to run the 275/70 BFG KO2 on stock for some time until I get a suspension on? I know would require some trimming and such but just something to consider along the upgrade path. Otherwise I may have to go 265/70 for a bit.
 
Anything is possible but it would require at the minimum removal of the steps. I got quite a bit of rub with just the lift and no trimming. Most tire stores will let you try a few different tires for fitment.
On the front of the inner fender plastic I used a heat gun to mold the plastic out of the way for clearance.
