Not buying fishing tool unless you have reference. I have lots of fishing gear, from new to very old. If we are guessing Id guess garment or upolstry industry tool. But the bottle opener thows it off, a little. Maybe general kitchen tool, jar opener, bottle, can punch, but the square notch throws that idea off. Hmm
