Does anyone know what wheels these are on this Tacoma?

Are they the 70 series Land Cruiser wheels (PN: 42601-60262-03)?

They are not the same wheel. The 70 series wheels are 16”. The wheels On the truck in the above picture look like these 15” wheels.
