My FJ62 uses the jack handle to lower the spare. I do not see any listing for a spare tire winch handle for 60 series.
I want to talk about this HAND CRANK!

A cleaver person could make a hand crank. A smart person would have a spare starter and a jump box.
Great for adjusting valves! Nice! All other uses has ER written all over it. ^^^Spare starter and jump box is far better option.
An enthusiast wants an oe version to play with.

Or park point down hill when you having starting problems and let the clutch start the engine. Drivers who were raised in this everything is an automatic transmission are amazed when she how easy this starts an engine.
I was hunting elk with my dad and buddy several miles from the house, down in some severe back country likely a days walk out. A bunch of brush and dead sticks came threw my window. Somehow I stalled the rig with about 6 feet of slight down hill before the trail started back up. Hit the key - nothing - old battery had no amps from the trail beating.
Dad and my buddy pushed the rig as I popped the clutch, thankfully it started right up and we drove carefully the 3 hours home, Dad went to town and bought me a new battery - rest of hunting season went well - still have a few freezer Ziploc bags still marked Elk Back Strap 05 with no food stuff in them.

The primary purpose of the hand crank is, if you are in the back country with no one else around, and your battery dies, as batteries do, you have a means of starting your truck. If you haven't tried it, do it, so you get familiar with the process so if you need to in a parking lot, you can do it. As others have mentioned it can also be used to support engine maintenance.
