I got them for like $100, with trays that go underneath. The trays needed to be trimmed to fit and can be installed for extreme cold or wet environments but I doubt that I'll be in those anytime soon.
I've been on the phone/email/pm's trying to track someone down to do the punch louvers here in socal for the past 2 days.
So far it seems like SirMichael's in Hespria and RRC Fabrication and Speed in Upland. Both shops, from what I've heard, seem to have good reputations, SirMichael's is the way I'm leaning. But both shops are a half day drive from home. So the search continues to try and find someone closer who knows what they're doing. I have an email out to guy who, hopefully, will get me the contact info for someone in Carlsbad. Once I get them done and my roof fixed/welded and the truck painted I'll post some pics.
yeah, Sir Michaels was the one I got bids from, he's got a 5" die and will do it reasonably cheap.
The part of driving to Victorville on a saturday morning and then waiting all day and coming back was my biggest hurdle. still haven't done it.
Oh, and having the hood all stripped and prepped on both sides.
Almost worth finding one at a scrap yard and leaving it with him for the week.
