Some less exciting but necessary progress today. Ran the extended diff breathers up into the engine bay.
And scored a fresh pair of hood supports from Rock Auto. Strongarm 4551L and R.
Also tightened up the steering linkage and torqued down all the castle nuts, added new cotter pins.

First coat of primer on the new Bellfab bumper. Sad to cover up all that beautiful steel, but it's gotta be done.

New battery cable kit from @Fourrunner pretty great kit but man it was a bear trying to wrestle those bigger cables into submission. I'd be curious to see how others have routed theirs.

Also replaced the bellhousing inspection cover. Mine was toast! @Outsane what about making these in a plastic more resistant to heat and oil damage?

Completely flushed the brakes today, threw the wheels on and fired her up for the first time in months. Was almost ready to remove the jackstands and go for a test cruise when I noticed a drip 
The T union from my ABS delete is leaking. It's leaking off the front port, which corresponds with Front Left brake line. I backed it off fullly and cleaned it best I could... then tried again but still leaking. Likely I'll have to replace the union. Time to go dig around in the ABS delete thread to see what specific type of flare I need. So close!!!!

part #90413-10058 is apparently NLA... so back to the drawing board I go. Plenty of aftermarket options available online, but I'd like to keep it OEM if possible.

Got started on the @Bellfab bumper and winch install. Factor 55 Fairlead on there, tryna church up my badlands apex 12k. 
Had to do the control box relocate. Made some room where the overflow and washer bottles go. Not bolted down yet but I think it'll work. I modified the box a little, as it's huge and there's some unnecessary metal that I trimmed away.

Had to do some relocating around the engine bay to fit the winch controller in there...
Moved the windshield washer bottle next to the cruise control, home made some brackets. Also bypassed the diverter valve and my squirters work great now.
Swapped out the factory overflow tank for a cheapy slim design one that tucks nicely down by the radiator.
Finished up the winch wiring. Added in a shut off switch.

Finally got her aligned. Today. Road tested, and a quick dirt lot session to test out the 4 wheel drive and lockers. All is functional! No leaks! Super happy. Next stop... wheeling trip!

Yeah buddy it's been a bit of a thrash. But she's road worthy now. Where can we go wheel that's not 6 feet deep in snow right now? Besides MNF.

Haha. Yes... luckily mine is a 94, pre OBD2. So that kit isn't compatible.I’m just gonna leave this here
