Well that didn't take long! Engine full of water and a busted clutch!

You know the story by now ...

No photos = didn't happen

Can't give you a photo of the clutch as I haven't fixed it yet, but engine oil shoudn't look like this!

No. But then I think you're having me on and I doubt that's your engine oil at all ... even with the water mixed in ....LOL

PS. I was really hoping for a dramatic shot. Say.... Of you semi-submerged in an effluent pond with clouds of steam wafting up and you with clear signs of enjoyment on your face (despite the bad smell and bad taste) looking something like this:....:D

Nice job, shame about the oil in water and clutch problem, the tray looks cool, are you happy with its ride height compared to top of wheel, it is not going to hit is it, with a load on and a few good potholes.

HJ45, the oil/water mix is from my '40 mud truck not this one. Have a look at the other link in my signiture.
I'm not going to treat this one as bad as I do the other! This might see a bit of mud but it's not going to get water over the bonnet.
The tray has plenty of clearances, there is only the chequer plate above the tyres.

It's escaped from the garage! It took 5 attempts to get it to run without stopping. I kept getting air in the fuel and now I have taken off the bleed line off the injectors and run it to a catch can and blocked off the pipe to the fuel pump and it works . I think I will have to get the injectors serviced unless they heal up with a bit of use!
I took a shortcut through a river to keep off the highways as it smokes a bit and it was very slow to start with but it's getting better. I think with a proper exhaust it will be fine.

Think you could toss a red stag or two in the bed? If so, I'd be happy to come down and help you test it!!

Truck looks awesome brother! Well done!

Plenty of room on the deck, just not much to hold stuff down yet.
I'm no good with a gun but l can get you in range of a few tahr.

I believe the seats are done, but I have not seen them yet. I'm going down to Nelspruit next week some time and will take a look. They are going to have to stay there as I haven't got space to store them. Besides Kobus wants to fit all the upholstery himself and does not want me messing with it. I managed to get all new plastic plugs and metal clips for the door cards when I was in Cape Town, so it should be a nice clean job. They will be the last to go in. I will probably put a board and some padding on the driver's seat frame and drive it down.

Looks awesome to me, don't get it dirty though or you will be out there cleaning it straight off:flipoff2:, do you have the sides for the tray, IMO I think it needs a rail under either side of the tray to be able to tie down tall loads.
