Okay with that being said. Is there any good affroable options to go with? Like a remanufactured assembly on eBay or is buying from Toyota the only option?Provide no one, is pumping brake pedal during video. Replace the whole brake master ASSY.
Why:
Appears a seal within master, is failing. This is a none replaceable seal. The condition will worsen with use. It will be more prevalent, first drive of day until fluid an seals warm up. It will also be more prevalent on cold days. Anything done to increase pressure, will also make worst. i.e. increase voltage to booster motor, or replace booster motor, pump and or accumulator.
This failing seal, is allowing fluid passes seal. Which is a loss of fluid pressure. The system works overtime to correct pressure loss. The booster's motor commutator and or brushes, will wear out prematurely. From excessive long run times of motor. At some point, booster motor will fail to run.. Resulting in, no brake assist pressure. You'll get a brake alarm while driving, if working. DTC will indicate low booster pressure.
You can test alarm. IG Key ON. Pump brake pedal rapidly, alarm will come on.
By counting pumps until audible alarm and dash warm lights. Gives clue to health of brake booster system. More pumps, the better.
Further clues seals failing:
I see signs, reservoir screens clogged. Which is sign, brake fluid not properly cared for over vehicle life. Which reduces life of seals within the system.
First and foremost: Brakes should only be worked by those, with high level of mechanical abilities and experienced with brake systems.
With the age of all 100 series today, in our aging fleet. Any issue, with brake master assembly. IMHO, best and safest course of action. Have the whole brake master assembly, replaced with new. If you have to ask question, on "how to", your not qualified to work on the master.
My hope is below link will give better understanding as to what we can do to reduce brake failure and what to watch for. The info is from my experiences and my thinking, as to what...

Could you send me a link of his? Does anyone know anyone local to the salt lake area who either repairs or sells new ones? There’s a guy by the name of Andy Lee who rebuilds them. I’m not sure if he’s on mud but can be found on FB.

Re-read this from 2001LC above before proceeding with a "rebuilt" assembly:Could you send me a link of his? Does anyone know anyone local to the salt lake area who either repairs or sells new ones?
I corrected typo: "NOT"Re-read this from 2001LC above before proceeding with a "rebuilt" assembly:
"Since so called remanufactures. Haven't shown any evidence they can or do replace these non replaceable seal. They'll likely last long either"
