Bacon wrapped rainbow trout with lemon, parsley, garlic, and thyme. Rosemary garlic new potatoes (Emma wanted the purple ones), and lemon garlic spinach. Emma loved it, I must be raising her right. But I need to find longer bacon next time.

Yeah I had some in El Paso TX a few weeks ago and can’t get them out of my mind.
This is my second try in my life. First time I was not impressed with my performance. So we will see.

While at McClain Lodge picked up a T-Bone, jalapeño/cream cheese stuffed Chicken Breast, zucchini and potatoes. No finished product picture as it was gone quick. Was able to take a pre-staging pic.
Beef of some sort, and corn.

That was actually the jelly i made and man is it hot. The sugar works for about .7 seconds to fool you otherwise.
