Getting ready for super bowl....firing up the Kamato Joe about 5 pm for a 10lb prime brisket.

It will get love until done.

Then have 5 lbs of Don's boudin that I will grille about 1/2 of it. Then grille some wings....pop a few suds and tea and whiskey is on menu.

Enjoy the game....Don't care who wins since Who Dats at home.
