It is about 30 minutes from UVA. It is about 5 miles worth of trails. And yes it is worthwile. If you take some creek runs it is boulder rock crawling for the 40inchplus trucks. Do a search. You will find the directions on here.

Does your friend in the back seat usually enjoy having hairy man-ass on his chest?

hahaha, the boy is spitting it back out. ;p

Haha. I will make sure to tell him that. He owns 4x4 Customs offroad shop down in GA and he was with us. It was a Georgia Cruisers event. He actually rolled his tubed 40 on its side on that rock garden.

Good for you Josh.

A few points:

Steam from under the hood is always bad.

Hitting the stream crossing @ 40mph my look cool but you cruiser will not be long for this world.

Gee Dave, yer about as fun as a turd in a punch bowl...Stop squashing a boy's joy -- hitting a stream crossing at high speed is as fun as all get out.

Besides, daddy'll buy him a new one once he breaks this one.

My thoughts exactly.

This is Land Cruiser abuse, the driver should be flogged and then forced into minivan hell.

Josh,

Those pics look very cool. It's always cool to see someone else wheeling their 80s.

Regards

Alvaro

Dude,

Schaefer,

I have a very good friend at H.S. named vinny, you know him...or at least he knows you. He said that water crossing really set your truck back..

This true.

Said he went out wheeling with you once and you almost flipped backwards?

guys, the man is building his truck and taking it out in the boonies.

Probably more than quite a few folks out here are doing (and I'll include myself in that, so there...)

Good for him!

Thanks e9999 I appreciate it. Yeah I don't get it. I get scolded for putting pics up that yall asked for. Yes I do know Vinny. No he has never been wheelin with me. And yes I did have to flush all the fluids cause I didn't raise the breathers before going through that hole. Now they are raised all the way to the engine bay.

Hey I wish I could but we have homecoming weekend that weekend. But definitly the weekend after or after that. I can't wait to go up there. Thanks for the invite.

Nice pics stuck, I love the look of the lined flares.

Btw, how are your calipers doing after running them through water being hot? You know that'll warp them, I know from expirience .

Wheel on, fix the dent on the door it looks like sh*t :D

My calipers are fine. And yes I know it wears on them. Oh and David I didn't hit it goin 40 mph. I was just goin at a slow speed and I dropped off and went deep into the water. And the door is fine. The window goes up and down and the door opens and closes. If it aint broke don't fix it.
