Wow, what a sad saga. Too bad to lose a cruiser but good to not have to deal with it anymore. Good info to have on Mud; lots of buyers will now be checking for windshield replacement and water damage!

I will look into buy back price from insurance. The rig was in amazing shape. Also it now has many...many new electrical parts.

I'd definitely buy that thing back (at the right price, of course). Those harnesses just don't look that bad in the pic. The fuse block is uggo, but that shouldn't be that bad of a replacement. I'm surprised they yanked all of those harnesses.

Yeah I know. They are telling me though that basically they get it started and something else will short, (like that fuse box in the pics) When they first pulled everything that was fine. Then they replaced the harnesses and it blew up those fuses. The dealership was then saying it could be shorting computers down the line. There are 6 in total that if shorted would need to be replace which then gets super pricey. Anyway I will try and find out the Buy back price and let you guys know.

I eventually got Toyota corporate involved which then gets an FTL or Field Technical Specialist involved. Toyota CS was pretty good so if you guys ever find yourself in a jam with the dealer call them and get them involved.
