HELP. All this dash lights at the same time? (1 Viewer)

Sometimes while driving I get all this lights at the same time. Thay stay like that for a few moments and go... and come back without aparent reason. Sometimes they blink... Does anyone know what is the problem? I wouldn''t like to get on fire. It is 1991 HDJ80 EU spec

I'll check there also. Not sure is this problem just diesel related or more wire/electrical stuff... Anyway thanks for remainding me for diesel section

I'd start with the alternator:

A lot of dash lights on. HDJ81

I just got home to Texas from being out of the country and drove the truck home last night without issue. This morning all these dash lights were on and I don’t know where to even start. Temperatures are below freezing but the truck has been in colder weather without issue in the past. Anyone...

HDJ81 all warning lights on

So my guage lights are on as if the alt plug has a bad connection. I’ve cleaned bent and reinstalled the plug a few times now with no success. But my alternator is charging just fine, it’s just all the gauge lights are on and driving me crazy. Does the alt have its own ground wire that I’m missing?

Do you have a FSM Factory Service Manual for your truck?

They have the troubleshooting charts in there.

That looks like an alternator going bad to me, but with diesel and timing belt, you need to be sure.

In oem manual I found that I should check belt tension, fusible link and alternator in general (cables, connectors etc)

I have brand new, oem, oil pressure sensor. but didn't get to change it. And I am not sure it is up to sensor. Probably will be years, miles, previous maintaining etc. It has 461000 km on the clock
