I think this is one of the few of advantage of a corp like Goodyear. They have insurance or funds worked into their annual budget for these contingencies. A small independent shop may not…

Also I’m sure Goodyear has a warranty on their work.

But of course a good independent shop may do more quality work to begin with.

I have been pleasantly surprised with some of my customer service woes. Although this one is even more impressive.

Any specific details about the repair mistake. Maybe something we can all learn to look out for if diy or checking on someone’s work.
