I'd just like to introduce myself. I've got a 1994 white Land Cruiser (I believe it's the FZJ80) as you can see below. I hope to get wheelin' soon!




I'm not sure how well you can see the running boards in that picture, but they're incredibly rusted up. I was thinking about getting sliders to replace them because they're gunna fall off soon. Anybody have any recommendations?

As for the sliders... Use the search button and search sliders in the 80 series forum and you should pull up page after page of results.


But www.sleeoffroad.com makes some. I believe MetalTech does and a few other companies out there as well.

I had the same problem with my running boards when I bought my truck. I just recently rplaced them with HannaQuality sliders and I am really happy with them. Sliders will be a good start in changing that Grocery Getter look in your rig. Good Luck
