AFAIK, the heater valve for our Piggies is NLA.

Every once in a while, I cruise through FaceBook long enough to realize why I don't like FaceBook.

But I did find this, take a 60 series valve off its bracket and swap it onto the 55 bracket:

Hope this helps someone...

Yes, but I don't follow anything on FB (or FB) very seriously.

I’m not a FB guy but I clicked the link you posted and was looking at some of the pictures…

When I found this…. Sounds like my rack idea was not a big hit on the book of faces and I should go back to the drawing board.

Ha, you should tell Hugo and his compadre Andrew that rack was good enough to take a fully mounted 35x12.5 MT bouncing off of it...

For me it’s a win.

I purposely built and painted everything cool on this pig to down play its offroadyness and give it the appearance of a mild or stock’ish pig. Guys that know spend hours looking at parts made to look factory’ish and guys that don’t simply say “nice Jeep, that rack will never work”..

Any new info on heater valves?

I grabbed a 60 valve and just plan to mount to an intermediate plate to lineup the cable pull with hole in firewall.

Cheers

I wasn't knocking the roof rack it was merely an observation before I found J Mack's build thread. Awesome idea that I'd be lucky to have the skills to replicate on my own pig (which i somewhat doubt)..

Cheers,

Andrew
