I think these guys might have a solution:

http://www.boostcontroller.com/index.php?maincat=33

I don't have time to troll through the whole page, but I am guessing they will come close.

Used to be boostcontroller.com, now called integrity speed llc.

Hope this can help!

Pablo,

I just looked around that web site. They have alot of neat stuff, that could be useful. Thanks, I put them on my farvorites list!

I came across that a couple weeks ago by accident and it got me thinkin more about my defrost hoses.....Mcmaster Carr has all kids of hose and some fittings. Does anyone know what kind of material the OG hoses were wrought from? I got some old stock NAPA hose- enough for 2 runs and was thinking about digging thru my radiator hose collection to make the transitions....these silicone fittings for intake systems looks perfect, I just don't want to drop the coin on em till after a few more things get taken care of.....

I used wet/dry vacuum cleaner hose. It came with various adapters and fittings and it fit perfectly. Just bought the replacement hose kit from my local hardware store. $20

ya know, I haven't had a defroster(ductless) for about 4 or 5 years. I got the passenger side rigged with some radiator hose with a 90 and diameter reduction- the big end of the 90 fits over the passenger side duct lip and then the duct I found at napa fits inside the smaller end of the 90. then at the top of that, another piece of radiator hose (small diameter) that I jammed the duct into and the put a slit in the rad hose at one side-opposite the ducting (to fit it over the defrost register lip). I need to find some smaller 90 rad hoses to do the drivers side ducts. But OH MY MY, having a defroster is sooooWHEAT

This is the exact one I used. It comes with several reducers for a universal fit but it doesn't show them in the picture. The passenger side could be cleaned up some but it does have to go around the heater lines making it a little bulkier. The whole thing took like 10 minutes and is easy to cut. I think I still have like 3 feet of it left but I used all the reducers. I tried some generic duct tubing from JC Whitney and it wasn't even close and cost me like $50. For $21 I was ecstatic with this.

I ordered defrost hose through JCWhitney. I eliminated the rubber elbow and used just the new hose and it works great. I think it was like $20.
